LAND DEVELOPMENT

·          We subdivide commercial, industrial and residential land including all associated permits, statutory requirements, surveying, perform all civil works and install all associated infrastructures in South Australia, Northern Territory and other States.

·          We organize feasibility studies, concept drawings, funding arrangements, specifications, development approvals, architectural drawings, quality and environmental control systems, cost management documentation, building rules consent and letting of tenders for all commercial, industrial and residential buildings in South Australia, Northern Territory and other States.

BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION

We build and construct commercial, industrial and residential buildings in South Australia, Northern Territory and other States.

·          We have specialized in Self Storage construction for the last 20 years. We one the Australasian Best Self Storage Development 2006/7 for our Self Storage Facility at 2001 Grand Junction Road Holden Hill.

·          We specialize in Geodesic Dome construction including design, advice, and engineering, providing all associated permits and statutory requirements, fabrication and erection.

·          We specialize in building Basements under existing buildings and homes including advice, design and engineering, providing all associated permits and statutory requirements, excavation, substructures, underpinning, drainage, general building to completion.

·          We perform in-house, all steel work including heavy and light structural fabrication, sheet metal work, general welding and boiler making for specific development, building and construction projects including Geodesic Domes.

·          We repair and maintain all company assets including land, buildings, plant, machinery, equipment and associated infrastructure.

EARTHMOVING EQUIPMENT & ASSET SALES

·          For over 25 years we have been purchasing used earthmoving equipment, plant, machinery, trucks, vehicles and relocatable buildings specifically for reselling after refurbishment to private and government organizations.

·          We purchase used steel wheeled waste compactor equipment for reselling after refurbishment to private and government organizations.

·          EARTHMOVING CONTRACTING AND PLANT HIRE

·          We perform in-house and external earthmoving and civil construction contracting activities for private and government organizations in South Australia, Northern Territory and other States.

·          We hire earthmoving equipment, trucks, and machinery to private and government organizations either on an hourly hire bases with operator or on a dry hire bases with no operator in South Australia, Northern Territory and other States.

·          We supply on a wholesale basis raw construction materials sourced from our own quarry to the building industry in the Northern Territory.
